You really have to decide how many people are likely to use the chips, how much you want to spend, and decide on denominations.
All sets are different, some have more or less chips, some sets have different chip weights, most have different colors or denominations, many often have a pointless set of dice and two cheap decks of cards.
The normal looking one has 200...but there are ones with 300 and 500....
Usuallyy come in an aluminum case.There is no such thing as a standard set.
